After breakfast and Checkout of the hotel and proceed to Ooty –called the Queen of Hill Station picturesque , green Udhagamandalam better known , as Ooty is the most popular hill station in the south , Enroute visit Bandipur National Park and Madumalai wildlife sanctuary , on arrival check in to hotel , evening free and overnight .

After breakfast ,proceed to full-day sightseeing visiting to Coakers walk – It offers some of the best views of the plains , Green Valley View – this point commands a beautiful view of the entire vaigai dam this place was once known as “suicide point “ The lake –the 24-hectare lake is th focal point in kodai , boating can be done here , pillar Rocks – three boulders stand here . shoulder –to-shoulder , vertically ,Silent valley view –which provides a breathtaking view of silent valley , Berijam lake view this place provides a panoramic landscape view of Berijam lake . After breakfast check out and drive to munnar –munnar is a breathtakingly beautiful – a haven of peace and tranquility , Munnar is famous for its Tea estates , exotic lush greenery and craggy peaks , on Arrival at munnar check in to hotel , later proceed for half day sightseeing visit to lock heart gap – This is an ideal place for adventure tourism and trekking . Echo point – This scenic place gets its name from the natural echo phenomenon here . Echo point is on the way to top station . Nyayamakad – is a land of breathtaking waterfalls . After breakfast , check out and proceed to Thekkady –The very sound of the word Thekkady conjures up images of elephants , unending chains of hills and spice scented plantations . Enroute visit power house waterfalls –cascades down a steep rock 200m above sea level . On arrival check into the resort / hotel . Lunch and relax . Later on visit to The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary –situated on the banks of the periyar lake –an artificial lake , at Thekkady . Return to resort / hotel , dinner and overnight .

After breakfast and check out and proceed to kumarakom . on arrival check into backwater resort and relax for rest of day at resort by enjoying the in house activity’s and overnight .

After breakfast check out and drive to trivandum on arrival check in to hotel later visit Anantha padmanabhaswamy temple , vizhinjam rock cut cave –there are rock sculptures of the 18 th century in the cave temple at vizhinjam , kuthiramalika (Puthenmalika) Palace , sree chithra art gallery – The collection also includes paintings from china , japan , Tibet and Bali , The Zoological Park –it is like a small jungle in the heart of the city , university observatory –located at the highest point in the city , near the museum . return to resort and overnight.

After breakfast check out and drive to Kanykumari , on arrival check in to hotel , later proceed for sightseeing visit mahatma Gandhi memorial –one of the best place to visit in Kanyakumari is the place has been linked with great men like swami Vivekananda and mahatma Gandhi in whose names memorials have been built . Later visit Thiruvalluvar statue – The memorial statue of Thiruvallu is in Kanniyakumari . The base of the statue is of 38 feet height and the statue over it is 95 feet tall with a grand total of 133 feet for the whole statue . Later visit vivekanda Rock memorial-one of the best tourist attraction in Kanyakumari is vivekanda rock memorial is another place in kanniyakumari which seeks attentions on an average of thousands of tourists . Evening visit sunset can be seen from view tower throughout the year except the months of june , july and August . Later return to hotel and overnight .

After breakfast checkout of the hotel/ resort and proceed to Madurai –known as the Athens of the East. On arrival check in to the hotel . After breakfast day excursion to Rameshwaram –Small island in the Gulf of mannar is a major pilgrim centre . Visit to sri Ramanathaswamy temple –situated near the sea on the eastern side , as massive sculptured pillars on either side and has the longest corridors in the world , Kurusadai island –It is a marine blosphere , a paradise for the marine biologists and nature lovers . return to Madurai and overnight .

After breakfast and proceed for a day trip to Tanjavur –Scenically one of the most enchanting districts in the state , green , airy , Tanjavur lies to the east of Trichy and has the reputation as the rice bowl of Tamil Nadu . Visit to sri Bragadeeswarar temple –built by the great chola king , is an outstanding example of chola architecture . The palace –near the temples is a vast building of masonry built party by the nayaks , art gallery –In the palace there are a number of granite and bronze statues of the chola period . Retutn to Tiruchinpally , and overnight .

After breakfast check out and drive to Pondicherry – Pristine beaches , reminiscent of French colonial rule and the culture , Pondicherry owes the legacy of a prime tourist spot in indian union . On arrival at pondicherry check in to hotel and overnight .

After breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing visit French war memorial –Located in Goubert Avenue , the French war memorial is dedicated to all those soldiers who lost their lives in the first world war . The statue of duplex –A huge attraction in pondicheery , 3mtr high statue of duplex, built to honour francois dupleix , who governed Pondicherry till 1754 . This is a place where people with different nationality , beliefs and culture live in harmony . Visit Matrimadir , visit Botanical Garden & Aquarium , return to hotel lunch & relax , evening visit Pondicherry beach and overnight .

After breakfast checkout and drive to Chennai , enroute visit mahabalipuram –Arjuna’s penance –Arjuna penance is a famous rocks sculpture that portrays a story out of india lore . It is curved on to the backside of a whale shaped rock . The sculpture measures 9mts height and 27mts long . Tiger caves – this amazing mandapa contains a shrine that is dedicated to the goddess durga . Five Rathas – the five rathas also know as panch rathas , is set of rock temples , they are excellent example of the evolution of Dravidian style architecture . These temples are built in the same shape as pagodas , and greatly resemble Buddhist shrines and monasteries . shore temple – tradition has it that there once stood seven temples along the shore line in this area . Today , the only one that is there is the shore temple . Return to hotel lunch & relax . Later arrival at chennal check in to hotel and overnight .
